Mekuti Softex Collar
These fully adjustable collars have been made with the seams on the outside to ensure a comfortable fit for your dog.
Unlike metal, the plastic clips will not discolour the coat nor pull out the fur.
Mekuti Collars are available in:
- padded Softex material, same as the Mekuti Leads (this page)
- single-ply Webbing material, same the Mekuti Harnesses
Note that the colours between the Webbing (Harness) material and the Softex (Lead) material are different.

A collar is essential to attach an ID tag which will stay with the dog at all times -
The Mekuti Collar is comfortable enough to be kept on the dog. -
Our collars can of course also be used as a place to attache a lead, separate from a harness, either as a single point attachment or as part of a two-point attachment in conjunction with the harness. -
A Mekuti Softex Collar can also be used as a way of creating a form of handle to secure the lead to the wrist or hold in the hand. This is particularly useful if the handler is concerned that should a dog lunge unexpectadly they may let go of the lead.

How do I choose colour?
The Softex Collars are made from the same material, and therefore match the Mekuti Lead, not the Mekuti Harness. If you would like to have the Collar match the Harness, rather than 'co-ordinate' the choose the Webbing Collar.
