4. Payment

All payments for Products are to be made in GB Pounds Sterling (£). Goods are paid for at the time of ordering. MEKUTI reserves the right, by giving notice within 24 hours of an order being placed, to reject the Order or vary the price of the items due to any factor beyond their control. Any change to the prices shown at the time of ordering will be avoided wherever possible.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate, where applicable. All International deliveries may incur Handling and/or Customs Duties which are the receiver's responsibility to pay. Unfortunately, MEKUTI are not able to advise or include any charges in advance, they are not included in the prices shown, and it is advisable to check with the authorities in the destination country if this is of concern.

Free Shipping Option £49+ (3-5 day)
Usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days
Orders placed on the Mekuti website AFTER 3:00pm will usually be despatched on the next business day.
Available for Net Order Value from £49 up to £200

STANDARD UK Royal Mail (2-3 day)
Usually arrives between 1 and 3 business days
Orders placed on the Mekuti website AFTER 2:00pm will usually be despatched on the next business day.

Please add 1-3 days extra for Orders over £125.
Orders over £200 are sent by a 'tracked' service.

PRIORITY Tracked 24 (1-2 day) or Next Day Courier
Usually arrives in 1 or 2 business days
Orders placed on the Mekuti website AFTER 2:00pm will usually be despatched on the next business day.
You will be contacted by phone if there are any stock issues.

Please add 1-3 days extra for Orders over £125.
For Order values of £800 and over, please call.

'PRIORITY Tracked 24' does not guarantee Next Day Delivery.
The Order will be processed first within any given daily batch of Orders received, so effectively, 'jumps the queue'! The Order is then despatched using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service at the next collection.

Orders received after 3pm will be sent out on the next business day.

**Business Day** is taken to refer to days other than Saturday, Sunday, and UK National Bank Holidays.

International Standard (5-12 days) *Tracked (including EU)
We use a tracked postal service wherever possible.
Standard deliveries are taking from 5 to 12 business days.

Please note that you will be contacted by local Customs via email regarding the delivery of your item so it is important that these details are correct.

Customs or Import Duties and their 'Administration Charges' may be applicable and are not included in any of the prices shown on the Mekuti website. Payment for these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Unfortunately, each country applies different rules and rates so Mekuti cannot anticipate what charges, if any, may become due.

Returned items resulting from unpaid charges will forfeit the P+P (Shipping) on the original order though the items will be refunded in full. (ref. 6.5 above). Import and handling charges cannot be refunded if the items are returned.

Mekuti reserve the right to waive or vary the price of any item or shipping costs or shipping service at their discretion. The Buyer will be notified in advance of any increase, and have the option to cancel the Order.

Certain outlying destinations may take longer.
